Categories of personal information the Company collects

The Company has collected the following categories of personal information from users within the last twelve (12) months:

F. Internet or other similar network activity. Browsing history and search history within our website; information on a consumer's interaction with a website and advertisement. YES

G. Geolocation data. Physical location or movements. YES

H. Sensory data. Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information. NO

I. Professional or employment-related information. Current or past job history or performance evaluations. NO

J. Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)). Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records. K. Sensitive personal information. Race or ethnic origin, religion, political affiliations, sexual orientation, criminal history. NO

L. Inferences drawn from other personal information. Profile reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. NO

IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS THE COMPANY HAS DISCLOSED AND SOLD OBTAINED PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES, CONTAINED IN THE LIST OF MATCHED SOLAR PARTNERS CONTAINED IN THE END OF THE PRIVACY POLICY, FOR BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.

Your Rights and Choices: Additional Notice for California, Colorado, Nevada, Virginia residents

You have certain rights with respect to the personal information collected by businesses.

Right to Opt-Out. You have the right to direct the Company to not sell your personal information to third parties at any time. The Company only shares information as outlined herein. If you choose to opt-out of the sharing of your personal information, the Company will no longer send your personal information to third parties. You can choose, at any time, to opt back in to the sale of your personal information.

Right to Limit Use or Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. Sensitive Personal Information is a type of personal information that is more highly protected by laws due to its more vulnerable nature. Sensitive Personal Information will not be sold or shared and will only be used for business purposes. At any time you may request that use of your Sensitive Personal Information be limited by contacting us.
